Co-founder and President Parfait Gasana took part in a panel discussion today at the Thomas J.Dodd Research Center of the University of Connecticut. The discussion commemorated the 21st anniversary of the Genocide in Rwanda against the Tutsi. Dr. Prudence Ngarambe (Former Bishop of Kubungo Diocese, Episcopal Church of Rwanda) and Dr. Kenneth Stern (Executive Director, Justus & Karin Rosenberg Foundation) were the other two distinguished speakers who participated in the panel discussion. The discussion was followed by a keynote lecture by H.E. Professor Mathilde Mukantabana, Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda to the United States.
